## Editing Labels in the Accounts Table

The Accounts table includes a Labels column that you can edit directly without leaving the table by adding or removing labels on any account row. Changes are saved automatically when you click outside the field or press Enter, and any updates you make here are also reflected on the individual account page. Each account supports a maximum of 20 labels, and if a label is removed from the last account it was assigned to, it will be automatically deleted.

## Adding a New Account

Click on the **New Account** button to [create a new account](/ad-server/accounts/saas-creating-users.md).

## Logging In as an Account

![logging in](https://2551497454-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbWd08bYtHMw1HqDKFpBf%2Fuploads%2FJq0txaqxOzNo6A2E7pvq%2Fsaas-accounts-login-as-user.png?alt=media\&token=e04cb70d-efde-45ca-8206-6f5940df70c0)

Click on the **Login as Account User** icon on the left side of any account to see the Admin Panel for that user.

![account view](https://2551497454-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbWd08bYtHMw1HqDKFpBf%2Fuploads%2FqQGYhRR6whflmdWolaAn%2Fsaas-accounts-jumped.png?alt=media\&token=dc758119-d75c-4d4c-8748-44c70af70b9b)

Once you log in as a user, the **Admin View** drop-down will change to show the name of the account, and another drop-down will appear allowing you to choose whether to view this account for **Advertiser** or **Publisher**.

You will then see the Admin Panel as that user would, and you can view and edit their campaigns or ad zones.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you log in as a user with an Advertiser-only account, you will not see the **Internal Campaigns** option in Step 1: **General** of creating a campaign.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.exads.com/ad-server/accounts/saas-using-the-accounts-tab.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
